TL;DR: Yes. A clean, well-prepared Buenos Aires purchase can go from accepted offer to keys in about ten days. Not by cutting corners, but because there is no mortgage underwriter and no escrow queue in the way, and because we prepare your file before you need it.
Most of the delay in a typical purchase elsewhere is financing and escrow: weeks of underwriting, appraisals, and a title company's calendar. Here the vast majority of deals are cash in US dollars, and due diligence is run by the escribano you choose, not a queue you wait in. Remove the lender and the escrow backlog and the timeline collapses to the speed of the people doing the work.
Speed is not luck, it is preparation. The files that drag are the ones where the CDI was not requested early, the funds route was decided at the last minute, or a document sat in someone's inbox unread. We line those up before they become the thing everyone is waiting on. Your job is to decide; ours is to make sure the path is already clear when you do.
Fast is a result, not a goal. We prepare so that quick is also safe.
Not every deal should be rushed, and we will say so when yours should not. An en pozo (off-plan) purchase, a complicated succession, or a title that needs cleaning runs on its own clock. But for a standard clean-title apartment with a prepared buyer, ten days is not a sales pitch. It is a Tuesday.
