Founded in April 2004 by Maximiliano Götz as My Argentina Home and rebranded to MGNI in 2017, this is the Buenos Aires brokerage foreign buyers come to when the stakes are too high for guesswork. Trilingual, fully licensed, and built around one principle: solve the problem before it happens.

Max is a licensed real estate professional with nearly thirty years in Buenos Aires real estate, since 1996. He opened the practice as My Argentina Home in April 2004 and rebranded it as MGNI in 2017. Member of the National Association of Realtors®, and the only Argentine broker ever featured on HGTV's House Hunters International.
Educated at Lincoln School, the American international institution in Buenos Aires, Max grew up between two cultures: Argentine, with American-born grandparents and an American-raised mother. He pursued law at Universidad del Salvador and real estate at Universidad Nacional de La Matanza. He works in Spanish, English, and French.
I don't try to solve problems. I try to avoid them altogether.

The difference between a broker you hope is real and one the industry already vouches for. Every line below is a membership or recognition a foreign buyer can verify.
A working office in the City of Buenos Aires. Not a showroom. The room where contracts are read twice, offers are weighed, and foreign buyers sit across a real desk from the people handling their file.

Trust isn't a logo. It isn't a slogan. It's built through knowledge, honesty, and responsiveness, three calls at a time. MGNI is culturally bilingual: one foot in Argentine reality, one foot in the international world. That's the real product.
A small bench by design. Every transaction is led by a named human you can call back, in your language, on your timezone.

American expat in Buenos Aires for 30 years. Knows the city like the back of her hand. Tailors searches for clients with European sensibility and detail-orientation.

Florida-licensed realtor turned BA insider. Dan has been the buyer he's now helping, and brings that lived experience to every client conversation.

Deep knowledge of every BA barrio. Guille is the agent local sellers trust and foreign buyers thank. Patient, exact, and quietly indispensable.

Third-generation real estate attorney. Founding partner of Estudio Rossi & Asociados. Fully bilingual. Drafts the contracts foreign buyers want to read twice.

Director of Liaison Marketing. French national, internationally trained. Translates MGNI's expertise into a voice foreign buyers actually understand.

MGNI's go-to accountant. Handles the tax and compliance layer of every foreign-buyer file with the calm of a man who has seen it all.

Residency, visas, citizenship. Martín is the answer when "I'd like to live here" follows "I'd like to buy here." Bilingual, deeply credentialed.
A curated network of trusted third parties, vetted over decades. You inherit Max's contacts the moment you sign with MGNI.
No deck. No pitch. We map your timetable, your budget, and the first three properties worth looking at.
